We are a neighborhood restaurant that aims to nourish our community with organic whole foods, in an inspired setting and at good value. We partner with local artisans and work with sustainable farmers to procure organic foods and pastured, grass-fed, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free meats and dairy. Our methods help build a sustainable community food system and mark a return to the tradition of quality nutrient dense food. We extend our commitment thru environmentally conscious practices like our 100% compostable packaging, recycling and plastic bottle waste initiative.
Ana Rabel is the sole proprietor, driving force and creative mind behind Green Gables Café. Ana is from Havana Cuba, her passion for delicious and nutritious food has always been a part of who she is. Her unique and eclectic cooking style is influenced by her depth of knowledge on nutrition, her very sensitive palate and her ongoing culinary curiosity.
Celebrating 10 years of growing success, the café is always abuzz with friends, family and cherished customers coming by for breakfast, lunch, smoothies…or some of the best coffee in town!
